Romans
3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. We cannot produce Righteousness by our own efforts; It’s a free
gift. No one is good enough to call Righteous; No
one, good reputation, great achievement, knowledge, or personal holiness, can
come to God the Father except through Jesus. He is the ONE and ONLY way to
Heaven; there is no other way to Salvation than through Jesus Christ. He
Himself says in John 14:6 “Jesus saith
unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father,
but by me.” He is our Righteousness.. We are
saved by grace of GOD through faith in CHRIST JESUS..
Ephesians 4:17-24
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye
henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated
from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the
blindness of their heart
19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over
unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been
taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation
the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is
created in righteousness and true holiness.
GOD provide a
perfect Righteousness for us – His only begotten Son Jesus. John 3:16-17 “For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his
Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might
be saved.”
Jesus said
that He came to fulfill the Law and the prophets Matthew 5:17 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the
prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”. He declared
that He was going to lay down His life for His sheep, and then take it back
again. He spoke of His authority over life and death as being granted to Him by
the Father. In John 14:19 “Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but
ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.” He had just been telling His disciples about His
impending death, and now He was claiming to be the source of all life. In John 10:17–18 “Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my
life, that I might take it again. 18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it
down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again.
This commandment have I received of my Father.”
John 14:5-13
Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou
goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and
the life no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father
also and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and
it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with
you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the
Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the
Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself but the
Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father
in me or else believe me for the very works' sake.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth
on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall
he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I
do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Christ Jesus is the one and only way to be saved, to be
Righteous.
Isaiah 58:9-14
Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou
shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.
If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of
the finger, and speaking vanity;
10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and
satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy
darkness be as the noonday
11 And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and
satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones and thou shalt be like a
watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old
waste places thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou
shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from
doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of
the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor
finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words
14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I
will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with
the heritage of Jacob thy father for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Everyone who has
faith in CHRIST JESUS will be SAVED. John 1:29 “ The
next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God,
which taketh away the sin of the world.” He gave the
promise that “because I live, you also will live.” but a true
deliverance from a life of bondage to sin and death to a life of freedom in
eternity.
Jesus is the only way to Heaven for several reasons. Jesus was “chosen by God” to be the Savior 1 Peter 2:4 “To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,”. Jesus is the only One to have come down from heaven and returned there John 3:13 “And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.”.
Jesus is the only way to Heaven for several reasons. He is the only
person to have lived a perfect human life Hebrews 4:15 “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched
with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we
are, yet without sin.”. He is the only sacrifice for sin 1 John 2:2 “And he is the
propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the
whole world.”. He alone fulfilled the Law and the Prophets Matthew 5:17 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the
prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”. He is the only man
to have conquered death forever Hebrews 2:14–15 “Forasmuch then as the
children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part
of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of
death, that is, the devil; 15 And deliver them who through fear of death were
all their lifetime subject to bondage.”. He is the only
Mediator between God and man 1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and
men, the man Christ Jesus;”. He promised that those who believe in Him will have eternal
life John
3:14–15 “And
as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man
be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
eternal life.”. Eternal life in heaven is made possible only
through Christ . He is the gate of the sheep John 10:7 “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say
unto you, I am the door of the sheep.”. The bread of life John 6:35 “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he
that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never
thirst.”. The resurrection John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the
life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” The Holy One of God.
Luke 5:27-32
And
after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at
the receipt of custom and he said unto him, Follow me.
28 And
he left all, rose up, and followed him.
29 And
Levi made him a great feast in his own house and there was a great company of
publicans and of others that sat down with them.
30 But
their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye
eat and drink with publicans and sinners?
31 And
Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but
they that are sick.
32 I
came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
To receive God’s free gift of salvation, we
must look to Jesus alone, To enjoy fellowship with GOD,
we must not only know that we have been forgiven of all sin but we must also
know that we are made Righteous, which is acceptable to ALMIGHTY GOD. We must trust in
Jesus’ death on the cross as our payment for sin and in His resurrection. “This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus
Christ to all who believe” Romans 3:22 “Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of
Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no
difference:”.
When we follow Him in “the way,” we can be assured of following Him all the way to Heaven. Our responsibility is to exercise faith in CHRIST, the One who fulfilled the Law on our behalf n brought an end to the Law’s sacrifices through His own sacrificial death. we share in the inheritance of CHRIST n enjoy a permanent, unbroken relationship with GOD Hebrews 9:15 “And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance”. Through the life-giving HOLY SPIRIT who lives in all of us – Christians Romans 8:9–11 “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of GOD dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of CHRIST, he is none of his. 10 N if CHRIST be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up JESUS from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up CHRIST from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Once they understood the truth of His words, they became changed people, and the world has never been the same.
Psalms 86
Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me for I am poor and
needy.
2 Preserve my soul; for I am holy O thou my God, save
thy servant that trusteth in thee.
3 Be merciful unto me, O Lord for I cry unto thee
daily.
4 Rejoice the soul of thy servant for unto thee, O
Lord, do I lift up my soul.
5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and
plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
6 Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the
voice of my supplications.
7 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee for
thou wilt answer me.
8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord;
neither are there any works like unto thy works.
9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and
worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things thou
art God alone.
11 Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth
unite my heart to fear thy name.
12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my
heart and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
13 For great is thy mercy toward me and thou hast
delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
14 O God, the proud are risen against me, and the
assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee
before them.
15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and
gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
16 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy
strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.
17 Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me
may see it, and be ashamed because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted
me.
Jesus prayed, “Now
this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus
Christ, whom you have sent” John 17:3
“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and
Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”.

We all sinned n deserve GOD’s judgment, but our loving FATHER, GOD sent HIS only begotten SON to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in HIM. JESUS, our LORD who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that HE died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buries n rose from the dead according to the Holy Bible. If you truly believe n trust in your heart, receiving JESUS alone as your SAVIOUR, declaring (by Baptism) JESUS is The LORD n SAVIOUR, you will be SAVED from the judgment n spend ETERNITY with GOD in HEAVEN….
