Happy Easter – Bible Study

Happy Easter everyone...
Jesus resurrection confirms His identity and show that God accepted Jesus’ death for ours sins atonement. Jesus now seated on the right hand of God the Father as the Lord for those who believe in Him Matthew 28:16-20 “Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”. After the resurrection Jesus had a REAL physical body. He was not just a disembodied Spirit. He could eat and be touched. By God’s grace Believers/Christians (Those who are dead in Christ) will also experience real physical resurrection from the death 1 Corinthians 15. Let’s see this in more details..verse by verse..

Matthew 28:1 “In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.” Early Sunday morning, Mary Magdalene and other Mary went to the tomb with the spices they had prepared. They found the tomb had been opened already; when they went in, they did not find Jesus' body and they wondered what had happened. Suddenly, two Angels in dazzling white clothes were there Matthew 28:2-4 “And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it…”. The women were terrified, but the Angels said to them Matthew 28:5-7 “And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.” (Prophecy fulfilled: Isaiah 53:5-12 and Psalm 16:10-11 (Matthew 28:1-10) ) The women ran back to tell Jesus' apostles what they had seen Matthew 28:5-6 “And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” (See also Mark 16, Luke 24:1-12, John 20:1-10). The Roman guards were terrified; they went into the city to report to the chief priests (Read Matthew 28:11-15) Then, Peter and other apostle went to the tomb to see for themselves. They looked in and saw the linen cloths that Jesus' body had been wrapped in but nothing else. Then they went home amazed.

When Peter and the other apostle went home, Mary Magdalene stayed outside the tomb crying John 20:11 “But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre,”. Suddenly she saw Jesus standing there, but she did not recognize Him at first. Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you crying? John 20:12-13 and 15 “And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. 13 And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.” and “Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? ...” Mary thought He must be the gardener and said John 20:15 “…Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.” Jesus said John 20:16 "Mary!" Then she recognized Him and cried out John 20:16 "Rabboni!". Jesus said go to my disciples and tell them John 20:17 “Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”. Then Mary Magdalene went and said to the disciples, "I have seen the Lord!", and she told them everything that had happened John 20:18 “Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.”.

Later that same Sunday, two of Jesus' disciples were walking along the road to a village called Emmaus Luke 24:13 “And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.” All day they had been talking and wondering about all the things that had happened. Suddenly, Jesus was there with them, but they did not recognize Him Luke 24:15 “And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.”.  He asked Luke 24:17-19 “And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?..” (Read Luke 24:13-34). As they came near the village of Emmaus, the two disciples said to Jesus Luke 24:29 "Stay with us, because it is late and the day is now nearly over." So Jesus went in to stay with them. As they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed it and broke it, and gave it to them Luke 24:30-32 “And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. 32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?” and He vanished from their sight. The two disciples quickly returned to Jerusalem and found the eleven apostles and some of Jesus' other followers gathered together and told what happened on the road to Emmaus Luke 24:34 “Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.”.

That same Sunday evening most of the apostles were together John 20:19 “Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.”. They had locked themselves in a room in fear that the religious leaders would want them crucified next. Suddenly, Jesus was there among them. He said Luke 24:36, "Peace be with you." (Read John20:19-23) Jesus showed them the wounds from crucifixion in his side and hands Luke 24:40 “And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.”. The apostles were overjoyed to see Jesus alive again. Jesus said again Luke 24:44-49, “And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. 45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, 46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day 47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 And ye are witnesses of these things. 49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” But The apostle Thomas was not with the others when Jesus appeared to them. A week later the apostles were again locked in the same room, and Thomas was with them John 20:26 “And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.” . Jesus again came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you." Then Jesus said to Thomas John 20:27 “Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.” All Thomas could say was John 20:28 "My Lord and my God!" Jesus said to him John 20:29 “Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” (Read John 20:24-29)

Acts 1:3 “To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:” Jesus remained on earth for 40 days after He was resurrected from the dead on that Sunday morning. He appeared again to the apostles at the Sea of Galilee and on a mountainside in Galilee. He also appeared to more than 500 others 1 Corinthians 15:6 “fter that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.”. When it was time for Jesus to return to Heaven, He led His disciples out to a place near Bethany, to the Mount of Olives and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. THEN AFTER THE 40 DAYS OF RESURRECTION HE ASCENDED TO HEAVEN, and the disciples lost sight of Him in a cloud. Luke 24:50-53 “And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. 51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven. 52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy: 53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.”. First, the Resurrection witnesses to the Great power of God Himself. Hosea 13:14 “I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.”.Only God who created life can Resurrect it after death, Thanks be to God; He gives us victory over sin and death 1 Corinthians 15:7 “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”. ( Read 1 Corinthians 15:54–57). TO BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION IS TO BELIEVE IN GOD. John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:”.

Jesus is “the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep” 1 Corinthians 15:20 “But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.”; He died, was buried, and rose the third day according to the Scriptures 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”. We who believe in Jesus Christ will personally experience Resurrection, because we are in Christ; His co-hire. The Resurrection is glorious victory for every believer. (Read 1 Corinthians 15:53–57) And HE IS COMING AGAIN! (Rapture) The dead in Christ will be raised up, and those who are alive at His coming will be changed and receive new, glorified bodies (Read 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18).

Our LORD JESUS is our SALVATION (Psalm 27) and He purified us with His PRECIOUS BLOOD and with HIS SACRIFICIAL DEATH ON THE CROSS, 1 John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, AND THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST HIS SON CLEANSETH US FROM ALL SIN.” (Read Hebrews 9:13-10:18 ). That is why scripture says God has plan for Salvation for ALL people, and "His salvation" is no other but His only begotten Son Jesus Christ (John 3:16-17)... “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”  (Read full 1 Timothy 2:1-7) “for the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to ALL men,” Titus 2:11 God’s salvation for ALL, all means all; even for dead.”

THEN, ON THE THIRD DAY HE ROSE AGAIN FROM DEATH TO LIFE (on Easter), manifestly showing Himself to His Disciples, eating with them, and speaking of the Kingdom of God and on the 40th day He ascended to the Heaven “But from now on THE SON OF MAN WILL BE SEATED AT THE RIGHT HAND of the power OF GOD” Luke 22:69 and Acts 2:33 and He sent The Holy Spirit as the Helper on the day of the PENTECOST, 50th day after His resurrecting ( Acts 2). The Holy Spirit, who seals us until the day of Redemption (RAPTURE) “And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” Ephesians 4:30 and once you received “The Seal of The Holy Spirit” and once we got this seal then devil, all evils and even death has no power over us.Christ will return at any moment for the Rapture of the Church (Christians/ Believers), and take all of us with Him in secret, the world will get confused about our disappearing and false prophets will give them a good explanation of our sudden disappearing, like alien attack!!  It will be Pre-Tribulation Rapture because Jesus said in Revelation 3:10 He will took us before the Tribulation “the hour of temptation” (from the great tribulation)(RAPTURE, Read 1 Corinthians 15:51-56, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Revelation 3:10)“I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world,..” Revelation 3:10-11 , we must be ready  because “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” Matthew 24:36, “Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the.” Revelation 22:12-14, “I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world” Revelation 3:10 (Read Matthew 28, Luke 14, Ephesians. 4, 1 Corinthians. 15, The Acts 1.) HE IS GOD, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM. Acts 2:31: "...He, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption. He is the creator of Heaven and earth “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:3”  and “I Am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8 and He has the key of hell and of death “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.” Revelation 1:18

No one is ever too lost to be saved by God's amazing grace. It doesn't matter how many steps you took away from God, remember there's only one step backward to get right with Him; only single step in the right direction. Sometimes we get so hard on ourselves that we don't want to see we already has the solution of our problem! We're living in the constant fear of our society; fear of being criticised, fear from changes and fear of being hurt, and that's how we have missed the point; the point of “God's Grace!” Trusting in God's unfailing Grace and Favour is the exact opposite of living in fear that society doesn't has. Place your Trust in Him, He created all the things visible and non-visible and He knows what's going on, Just BELIEVE“But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him” 1 Corinthians 2:7-9 We don't need to be perfect because we have the Perfect God Almighty as our helper and our Guide “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” Psalm 32:8. God the Father wants us to rely on Him for everything, from our daily bread to our Eternal Salvation, He is our provider God …“Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, “He gave them bread from heaven to eat.” John 6:31-44, “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:” Romans 3: 24 , “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9,  Nothing is impossible for God, if we believe in Him, He will do it for us “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Luke 1:37 Bible is full of the story about God's mercy toward peoples disobedience and iniquity. We saw how forgiving was our Heavenly Father towards those people in Bible time, than why do we think that the same God who full of compassion and grace suddenly changed? He has the same compassionate Heart and He loves us; HIS Children and His marvellous creations. But He is the just God, He punish the sins but not sinners because Jesus already took our punishment on the cross and died for our sins, but Jesus is the God, One of the member of the Holy Trinity so that He rose again from death on the third day (That's why we celebrate The Resurrection Day, Easter) Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8 So, don't be like modern day Pharisees! Look at the ordinary people in the Gospels, those Israelites and Gentiles (everyone except Jews) knew nothing about The Messiah, (The Son of God and our Saviour) but they followed Jesus Christ and accepted Him as their Saviour by the inspiration of God and the Holy Spirit. WE read their stories in The Bible, they were real and they were became God's living miracle... Be the living miracle! Have Faith on God Almighty.

“Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” Psalm 121:2-4 , “The nation is like a mighty lion; When it is sleeping, no one dares wake it. Whoever blesses Israel will be blessed, And whoever curses Israel will be cursed.” Numbers 24:9 There are many PROPHECIES about “The Great Tribulation” (Read Micah 2:12) Isaiah 63:1-6 describe the area of “Petra” in Jordan as the place where Jews flee when the antiChrist begins persecution, it will be a horrible time for those who will left behind (This is why I urge you to accept Jesus Christ as your God and Saviour, be Baptized in Him)“God Just to For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to ALL men” Titus 2:11-12 whether you are Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhist, atheists you can start your New Life from today by accepting Jesus Christ as your God, Saviour and by being Baptized in His name you will have the Power of Holy Spirit, who seals you until the day of Redemption (RAPTURE) “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” Ephesians 4:30 and once you received “The Seal of The Holy Spirit” then antiChrist, all evils and death has no power over you “Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,” Romans 4:16, (Read also Ephesians 2:8-11, Galatians 3:28, Romans 10:12, Acts 2:21-22, 1 Timothy 2:4-6 ) Alright, back to the point! The Jews in the 7 years period of great tribulation -- (Read Micah 2:12) Isaiah 63:1-6 describe the area of “Petra” in Jordan as the place where Jews flee when the antiChrist begins persecution, It is where they remain safely protected by God during the period of the Great Tribulation. That is why Israel will stand firm even after going through 7 years of the great tribulation and all, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.” Isaiah 41:10-11 So, the main thing is Israelites need to accept Jesus as The Messiah, this is the last chance to get Raptured and if they don't then, they will have to go through the 7 years of Great Tribulation because of their unbelief on the Son of God Jesus Christ, The Promised Messiah. But God will deliver them, and they will accept Jesus as their Messiah and then The Millennial Kingdom will began, God judge the world and will throw the devil and his followers into the lake of fire and then The New Heaven and The New Earth will come down from above. (See Revelation chapter 7 to 22)

Matthew 28:1-15
In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow
4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
6 He is not here for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him lo, I have told you.
8 And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.
9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
10 Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.
11 Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done.
12 And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers,
13 Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
14 And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you.
15 So they took the money, and did as they were taught and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

Luke 24:13-34
And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
16 But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
17 And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?
19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people
20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.
21 But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre;
23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
24 And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said but him they saw not.
25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken
26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went and he made as though he would have gone further.
29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.

John 20:19-29
Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.
21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side and be not faithless, but believing.
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Mark 16:19
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.
2 There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.
3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.
4 But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.
5 Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.
6 And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.
7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
8 And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.
9 As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.
10 Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.
12 Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.
13 Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.
14 This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
18 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.
19 This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.
20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?
22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
23 Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
24 This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things and we know that his testimony is true.
25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Luke 24:50-53
And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy
53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

1 Corinthians 15
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures
5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve
6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.
9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
10 But by the grace of God I am what I am and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.
12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen
14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised
17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
33 Be not deceived evil communications corrupt good manners.
34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God I speak this to your shame.
35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die
37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain
38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
39 All flesh is not the same flesh but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars for one star differeth from another star in glory.
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Happy Happy Easter to all you Lovely people and Thank you so much to for being with me in this Lantern season. Have a BLESSED day to all of you, Enjoy

Genesis 9:11-15
And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.

12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
We all sinned n deserve GOD’s judgment, but our loving FATHER, GOD sent HIS only begotten SON to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in HIM. JESUS, our LORD who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that HE died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buries n rose from the dead according to the Holy Bible. If you truly believe n trust in your heart, receiving JESUS alone as your SAVIOUR, declaring (by Baptism) JESUS is The LORD n SAVIOUR, you will be SAVED from the judgment n spend ETERNITY with GOD in HEAVEN…. In The name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.. Amen
